Former Butterfield Health Care Group Chief Executive Officer Robert Jafari is unique among executives, having established himself in the business at the age of 17. With over two decades of experience in the nursing home industry, Robert Jafari is adept at developing and managing residential facilities for older adults. Partially inspired by a high school demographics class on baby boomers, Robert Jafari founded Butterfield Health Care Group in 1987 with a 20-year veteran in the field of senior care. Within a short time span, Robert Jafari and his partner expanded the company from 2 to 250 employees; currently, the firm employs over 700 people.
A distinguished professional, Robert Jafari has served on the boards of directors for numerous successful businesses and organizations.
